Capitol Hill United Methodist Church is easily accessible by Metro or car. The official address is 421 Seward Sq SE but it is approximately on the corner of Pennsylvania Ave and 5th St SE (south of Pennsylvania Ave).
Our wheelchair accessible entrance is available on the parking lot side of the building.
If coming by car, please use the GoogleMap below to help find the best route. Note that we have a very small parking lot, but street parking is free on Sundays. Click here for a map where you can find additional parking.
If coming by Metro, take the blue/orange/silver line to the Eastern Market Station. When exiting the Eastern Market Station, make a 180-degree turn at the top of the escalator and walk one block down Pennsylvania Ave to 6th St. Cross 6th St and you will see a slight veer to your left called Seward Square SE. Take that slight left fork. Go one more block and the Church will be on your left. It is a red brick building with a large tower.
